Corporate professionals don't carve out enough time to practice our craft. In fact, they are actually expected to perform 90% of the time, if not more, without a true moment to practice. That's why I created "Team Meetings." The purpose of these sessions is to carve out time for corporate women to focus on a topic and practice their craft with a supportive group in a safe environment.
